Masport BBQs: The Nation's Favourite Barbecues

Masport BBQs: The Nation’s Favourite BBQs

Long summer evenings aren’t complete without dinner cooked on a BBQ. And if Kiwi consumers are to be believed, that BBQ should be a Masport, the winner of Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers | BBQs Award 2022.

Once summer rolls around, most of us seem to forget that our homes have kitchens. Who needs an oven or a stove when you have the Swiss Army Knife of cooking appliances right there on the deck?

For while in the past BBQ cuisine was limited to steak and sausages, thanks to increasingly feature-rich modern models, it’s easier than ever to get creative and grill, sizzle and sauté a smorgasbord of haute BBQ cuisine!

So if you intend on being grill master this summer, which BBQ is going to give you the best chance to impress? To find out, we asked everyday Kiwis who had purchased a BBQ in the last three years, to find out how they feel about their purchases.

Masport: New Zealand’s Favourite BBQs

To find out which BBQ is the favourite choice of Kiwi grillers, we surveyed 428 individuals and asked them to evaluate their BBQs across the following categories:

  • Overall Satisfaction
  • Reliability
  • Durability
  • Value for Money

  • Cooking Performance
  • Design
  • Ease of Cleaning
  • Extra Features

And they make it clear, Masport is the way to go, as the winner of Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers | Barbecues Award.

From its humble beginnings right here in New Zealand, Masport has grown into a titan of outdoor equipment, renowned for quality products that produce the best results. It’s a reputation reflected in the brand’s consumer ratings in this year’s award. For, incredibly, Masport scores 5 Stars in every category measured!

That means Kiwis feel Masport ticks all the boxes, from the performance of its wide range of BBQs, to their value for money.
